We offer a voluntary 5-day no-questions-asked refund guarantee.

Refund requests submitted after the 5-day refund period are not eligible for a voluntary refund, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Limited Initial Access During The Refund Period
To protect the program materials and ensure fair use, only Module 1 and selected initial onboarding materials may be made available during the first 5 calendar days after purchase.
Additional modules, resources, templates, checklists, recordings, or program materials may be released after the 5-day refund period has ended or according to the program schedule.
This structure allows clients to review the program start, understand the process, and make a confident decision while also protecting the full program content from misuse.

Refunds approved under this voluntary refund guarantee will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

Payment Plans
If you choose a payment plan, you are committing to the full purchase price of the selected program.
A payment plan is not a monthly subscription that can be cancelled at any time.
If a refund is requested and approved within the 5-day refund period, future scheduled payments for that purchase will be cancelled.
If no refund is requested and approved within the 5-day refund period, all remaining payment plan installments remain due.
Missed, failed, disputed, or charged-back payments may result in suspension of access, cancellation of calls, removal from the program, and collection of outstanding amounts.
No Voluntary Refunds After 5 Days
After the 5-day refund period has ended, purchases are not eligible for a voluntary refund.
This applies regardless of whether you have used all available materials, attended calls, completed assignments, or achieved a specific result.

Digital Content And Immediate Access

By purchasing and agreeing to immediate access, you expressly request that access to Module 1 and selected initial digital program materials may begin immediately after purchase, before the end of any statutory withdrawal period.

Coaching, Onboarding, Feedback, And Support Services
The program may include coaching calls, onboarding calls, feedback, project reviews, decision support, WhatsApp support, or other services.
By purchasing, you may be asked to book an onboarding call after purchase.
If you request or receive coaching, onboarding, feedback, reviews, or support services during any statutory withdrawal period, this may affect your withdrawal rights and refund eligibility where permitted by law.

No Guarantee Of Results
The Amazon Asset Validation Program is an educational and coaching program.
We do not guarantee any specific income, sales, revenue, profit, publishing result, ranking, return on investment, business outcome, or financial result.
Refunds are not granted based on a lack of specific business, financial, publishing, sales, ranking, or income results.
Your results depend on many factors, including but not limited to your execution, decisions, budget, consistency, market conditions, competition, product quality, advertising performance, platform rules, timing, and other factors outside our control.
Validation, Testing, And Project Decisions
The program follows a validation-first process.
During niche validation and later testing, multiple ideas or projects may be stopped, rejected, improved, or replaced before identifying stronger opportunities.
The purpose of the program is not to force every idea to work, but to follow available data, reduce unnecessary risk, and avoid wasting time and money on weak opportunities.
Refunds are not granted because a specific idea, niche, project, product, test, or asset is stopped, rejected, or does not perform as expected.
Not A Done-For-You Service
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, the program is not a done-for-you service.
